Add events that spans over one or several days.

Add timeslots avilable for meeting booking for each day. Decideo how long the meetings should be.

Add exhibitors/ sponsors

Add the exhibitors/sponsors

Add all the exhibitors or sponsors that should be able to receive meeting bookings to the system and start the booking process.

Tip! If you want participants to make bookings with eachother add them all as exhibitors/sponsors.

Assign venues/rooms/tables

You want people to meet in a spesific lokation? Add rooms, tables or other places where the meetings should taake place and assign them to spesific exhibitors/sponsors.

Connect venues/rooms/tables

Create veunes where pople can meet.

Let participants book meetings with exhibitors/sponsors

Let the participants start to make bookings from your own system.
